Job Summary
The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, and delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store's overall performance;
- Behave as a brand ambassador, representing Coach's values and mission;
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience;
- Consistently achieve sales goals, driving revenue growth and store success;

Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues);
- Previous experience in a retail service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Background in working in luxury retail, with knowledge of high-end products and services (desirable);
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and navigate the sales floor with ease.
