About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Vice President to join our Enterprise Engineering team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute technology audits to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with technology management to implement control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Provide assurance on the firm's overall control environment and communicate results to local and global management.
  • Lead department-wide initiatives to improve internal audit processes and supporting infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology auditing, with a focus on financial services.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, operating systems, and database management.
  • Experience with vendor risk management, vendor due diligence, and payment systems.
  • Ability to review code and manage audit engagements or technology projects.
  • Good people management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA/MSc or equivalent university degree in information technology.
  • Relevant certification or industry accreditation, such as CISA or CISSP.
  • Cloud computing experience, including private, AWS, Google, Azure, and Docker.
  • Linux and Windows operating systems: security, configuration, and management.
  • Database design, setup, and administration experience with Sybase, Oracle, or UDB.
