The Executive Assistant to the Vice President will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President and the Directorate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and the Directorate, including diary management, minute taking, and coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinate specific project work as required by the Director and the Directorate.
  • Work closely with the Executive Office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and other activities as required.
