Job Title: Vice President, Account Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management team as Vice President. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Account Management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and drive career growth.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
  • Extensive CRM program experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop multiple project tracks working with local and international resource teams.
  • Strong skills in reporting analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and clients.
