Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives business growth.
  • Lead Data Analytics Team: Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights to business stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure that data analytics solutions meet business needs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our data analytics solutions are innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • 12+ Years of Experience: 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools, including QlikView, Tableau, and relational databases.
  • Third-Party Data: Experience with third-party data, including ad serving and site-side tracking technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders.
