Join Our Team as a Data Governance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance professional to join our team at Goldman Sachs. As a Data Governance Vice President/Associate, you will play a critical role in defining the strategic direction for Risk in data initiatives and driving adoption of the firmwide data governance framework in the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement strategic technological and procedural workflow improvements to enhance data governance.
  • Partner with technology to ensure user tools for analyzing data meet users' needs.
  • Prepare self-assessments against regulatory requirements for a variety of audiences.
  • Engage with other divisions to drive firmwide policy and standard improvements.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5+ years' relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
