Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer - Vice President to join our team at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NCAA leadership, member institutions, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the NCAA remains competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
