About the Role

The Chief People Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of strategic HR management, talent acquisition, L&D and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and organisational objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment, development and retention of top talent across all levels of the organisation.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits and reward programs that motivate and reward employees.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach HR team members, senior leaders and managers to enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance.
