Job Title: Chief Innovation Officer

At Crimson, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Innovation Officer to lead our IT Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of all IT services, overseeing infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, application support, databases, and helpdesk/end-user services.

Your role will encompass managing and supervising internal and partner IT support functions, overseeing incident and problem management across various IT environments, and administering applications, databases, networks, and both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT Operations function and contribute to executing the overall IT vision and strategy for Service Management functions.
  • Play a key role in redesigning our Azure infrastructure, driving the adoption of Microsoft's well-architected framework through the introduction of a landing zone structure.
  • Oversee and manage IT operational expenditure.
  • Thrive in a work environment and culture that values innovation, equality, diversity, and excellence in customer service.
  • Extensive experience in an IT Service Operations environment that relies on a hybrid support model (in-source/out-source) within a similar business sector or organization of comparable size.
  • Proven experience in using monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Deep understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
