About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Technology Risk Management Vice President to join our team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our Internal Audit and Control function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of our firm's controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of our technology infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective risk management processes and controls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and external auditors.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology risk management, with a focus on financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies and controls.
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISA or CISSP.
  • Experience with cloud computing, Linux and Windows operating systems, and database design and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as SOX and GDPR.
