Position: Road Freight Forwarder

Location: Bradford

Salary: Up to £35,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market trends and inform management as necessary.
  • Promote additional services to clients through comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support when addressing client inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Generate precise quotations for clients.
  • Oversee shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring clients receive timely updates.
  • Maintain and update customer records with all interactions, transactions, and issues.
  • Coordinate the transport of goods to the depot.
  • Provide clients with KPI reports.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Road Freight Forwarding.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes, particularly post-Brexit.
  • Proven track record in cultivating customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
