RTI Extrusions Europe Ltd. is a subsidiary of Howmet, and a specialist manufacturer of extrusions. The Administrator will provide office support to the whole business and in particular Production Planning & Control (PP&C) and the Commercial departments. A basic understanding of “Office” will help in this role to support the various functions as well as a good telephone manner and control of documentation.

**This is predominantly a Dayshift working role, but work overtime if necessary to ensure that the information required is collated and ready in a timely manner.**
- Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiencies and compliance to company policies.
- Create and update records including Solvitt (ERP system) and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders where necessary
- Submit timely reports for various team members.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Data entry onto spreadsheets and other documents and systems.
- Completion and support of production workbooks.
- Control of the generation of site PR’s and supporting closure with Shared Services
- Control of the sub-con process and communication with sub-contract suppliers for boring, turning, heat treatments ect (not raw material)
- Stock control and ordering of materials from shop floor check sheets.
- Liaise with Production to confirm sales dispatches for the week/month
- Confirm/arrange collection dates/times with freight forwarders. Provide packing details for freight cost estimates.
- Communicate all relevant information/changes to freight forwarders in a timely basis.
- Prepare shipping documents including shipping instructions, packing lists, export clearance instructions etc
- Distribute all shipping documents to customer, freight forwarders, customer brokers etc,
- Follow up with freight forwarders to obtain shipping paperwork, tracking info and delivery status.
- Collate shipping documentation to maintain export compliance including invoice/dispatch notes, freight invoices, AWB, export clearance

confirmation, proof on delivery etc.
- Enter customer orders into Solvitt and raise order acknowledgements.
- Amend sales order dispatch dates in Solvitt and log all changes.
- Prepare weekly sales/order book/OTIF report for Corp reporting.
- Respond to customer enquiries in general including order status, deliveries etc.
- Raising of purchase requisitions.
- General administration and delivery of ad hoc tasks.
