Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market trends and communicate insights to management.
  • Enhance customer engagement through informed upselling of services and products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Generate precise quotations for customers based on accurate rate assessments.
  • Oversee shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring clients receive timely updates.
  • Maintain and update customer records, documenting interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate the transport of goods to the depot.
  • Provide clients with KPI reports to track performance.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in road freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes, particularly post-Brexit.
  • Proven track record of fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
