We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Freight Forwarding Customer Service Representative to join our team at WR Logistics. As a European Road Freight Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top-notch customer support.
  • Exercise excellent organization skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, responding promptly to customer enquiries through various channels.
  • Oversee the day-to-day account activities of our customers, relaying delays in a timely manner and the reason for this.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience within Road freight is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
