Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and notify management when necessary.
- Upsell to customers through knowledge of services and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times when responding to customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Generate accurate rates for quotations for customers.
- Monitor shipments from start to end, ensuring the customer is informed with the appropriate information throughout.
- Maintain and update customer files with interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Arrange transportation of goods into the depot.
- Provide KPI reports to clients.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of road freight forwarding experience.
- Knowledge of customs clearance requirements post-Brexit.
- Successful history of building customer relationships.
- Good level of communication and negotiating skills.
