About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Course Administrator to support our Training and Development department at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of training courses across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Team Administrator, Learning and Development Adviser, and other Training team members in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring training programmes.
- Administer the Learning Management system to ensure seamless delivery of training courses.
- Manage all administration for in-house training, including joining instructions, confirmation letters, attendance lists, and generating statistics and reports as required.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in training administration.
- GCSEs including Maths and English.
- Experience in learning management software systems.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous reception/customer service experience.
- NVQ Administration Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Experience in working in a busy office environment.
