We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our team at Manpower UK. As a key member of our Supply Chain Directorate, you will provide critical support to our Client Team Senior Commercial Manager and Client Team Commercial Manager in the administration and project management of key work streams.

Responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing governance, tracking and monitoring actions, and preparing and distributing internal and external documents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with our HPC Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Team Senior Commercial Manager and Client Team Commercial Manager.
  • Manage governance and ensure alignment of documentation.
  • Track and monitor actions, particularly where action owners are senior members of staff.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with our HPC Management System.
Requirements
  • Relevant project management skills and experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts to distill complex information into key requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the wider strategic context.
