Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with distributors and major installers to deliver efficient and effective after-sales service, ensuring seamless customer experiences;
  2. Organize training programs and facilitate the implementation of certification processes for installers, promoting industry standards and best practices;
  3. Provide sales training and support to help installers understand and effectively sell solar products, driving business growth and revenue;
  4. Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital power products, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations;
  5. Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time initially, reducing to 30% once settled) to build strong relationships with installers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Own vehicle: possess a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle;
  2. Work Experience: prior experience in solar channel work and solar installer experience, with a proven track record of success;
  3. Language Proficiency: proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Education Requirements: hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related discipline.
