Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with distributors and major installers to provide efficient and effective after-sales service, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital power products and technologies through regular training sessions.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time in the early stages and 30% once settled) to build strong relationships with installers and ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Proven work experience in the solar channel industry, with a strong background in solar installer management.
  • Excellent language proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
