Channel Marketing Manager

Join Microsoft's Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) as a Channel Marketing Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving sales across Devices & Creativity (Windows, Microsoft 365, and Surface) and Gaming. Our team is responsible for sales across over 120 countries, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us deliver compelling at-home and on-the-go experiences that create Microsoft fans for life.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with partner marketers to influence the design of unique Microsoft experiences across channels and at every touchpoint in the customer journey.
- Work across organizational boundaries to deliver integrated consumer marketing, including PR, social, and below-the-line marketing activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about marketing investment strategy and marketing mix at the product level.
- Localize global strategy, campaigns, and assets for market and partner relevance across digital, visual merchandising, and other co-marketing efforts.
- Work closely with Partner Readiness & Influence Leads to maintain in-store branded presence and connect with consumers and sellers through readiness, training, evangelism, and assisted selling.
- Proven digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience.
- Strong and proven experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales.
- Proven success at marketing and execution planning, particularly Retail Marketing with Consumer Technology products.
- Adept at building integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
- Direct experience interfacing with partners and a proven track record delivering growth/performance metrics.
