Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are working in partnership with a prestigious independent preparatory school in London to appoint a Senior HR Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The school is a modern, progressive, and innovative institution where academic achievement is outstanding, and the wellbeing of pupils and staff is of equal importance. The school is popular within the community and is oversubscribed, with strong leadership and a commitment to growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and retention of staff
  • Providing generalist HR advice and support
  • Employee relations and line management of the HR Coordinator

The successful candidate will have HR management experience within a school setting, a CIPD Level 5 or degree-level qualification, and the ability to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
