Job Title: Relief Residential Care Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Relief Residential Care Officer to join our team at Doncaster Council.

About the Role:

  • Work under the supervision of the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, and Senior Residential Care Officer to provide a warm and enabling environment for looked-after children and young people.
  • Support children and young people in their daily lives, promoting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Participate in sleep-in duties and be prepared to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
