CHILLED WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Cotteswold Dairy, a family-run enterprise, is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to become part of the Chilled Warehouse Team in roles focused on order picking and packing.

Our company specializes in locally sourced dairy products, which are processed and packaged at our facility, and distributed to various locations across the UK.
This essential position collaborates with multiple departments, including sales, production, and logistics.
While prior experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous, we welcome candidates who demonstrate initiative and possess the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
This role serves as an excellent entry point for those looking to embark on a career in the Warehouse Department.

This position is within a chilled warehouse environment.
Warehouse Associate Training

As a recognized Training Centre with a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator, we provide clear pathways for career advancement and opportunities to enhance your skill set, including obtaining recognized qualifications.

We actively promote internal progression, allowing you to acquire additional skills within the Warehouse to further your professional development.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves manual handling and is physically demanding.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Accurately picking customer orders while ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Continuously replenishing inventory and maintaining cleanliness in the chilled warehouse to uphold a safe working environment.

Due to food safety regulations, only one solid wedding band is permitted. Jewelry such as earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, and the use of makeup, strong-smelling deodorants, or perfumes are not allowed in the production and warehouse areas.
We are dedicated to equipping you with the necessary skills and competencies to excel in your role, fostering a long-term relationship with the company.

Warehouse Associate Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, with five shifts per week on a rotating basis.

Shift Details:
- Early shift: (Apply online only); Late shift: 0900 – finish;
- Early shift: finish only (Saturday).
Operations typically conclude around 1830, although this may vary based on production needs.
Days off are scheduled on a rotating basis.
