Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Chilled Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Acorn by Synergie. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our chilled storage facility, contributing to the efficient processing and distribution of high-quality dairy products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately select and prepare customer orders, ensuring adherence to stock rotation practices.
  • Stock Management: Continuously replenish inventory levels while maintaining a clean and organized chilled warehouse environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to support overall operational goals.
Work Schedule

This position operates on a rotating schedule, consisting of:

  • Early Shifts: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Late Shifts: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Training and Development

Workplace Standards

To comply with food safety regulations, specific personal items are restricted in the production and warehouse areas. Only a single solid wedding band is permitted; other jewelry, makeup, and strong fragrances are not allowed.

Qualifications

While prior experience in a warehouse or production setting is advantageous, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
