About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to increase business within existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to increase business within existing clients and present value-added propositions.
  • High-Volume Outbound Sales Calls: Make high-volume outbound sales calls to warm and existing clients, working towards KPIs to generate financing leads from an extensive existing customer base.
  • Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, informed about changes in regulatory requirements that may impact clients.
  • Client Satisfaction and Metrics Tracking: Track and analyze key metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service or sales role, B2B or B2C.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Exceptional customer service mindset and a natural talent for building relationships.
  • Call Centre or Customer Service Experience: Call centre or customer service experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Education: 5 x Grade C or higher in GCSEs to include Maths & English Language, A-Levels or equivalent further education.
