**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities and those recovering from illness or injury
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless service, including short-term care, bridging services, and resettlement support
  • Provide emergency care and support response to individuals in need
  • Participate in comprehensive induction and training programs to develop skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £21,000 - £21,000 (FTE) or £11.38 per hour
