Unlock New Opportunities as a Partnerships Lead

At NatWest Group, we're seeking a skilled Partnerships Lead to drive the development of our external partner strategy, aligning with our overall proposition, commercial, and customer objectives.

You'll be responsible for leading the development of our partnership network across payment gateways, PSPs, software platforms, and marketplaces to enhance our customer proposition and deliver new income streams. This role requires strategic alignment with our brand and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and nurturing an ecosystem of partners that provide complementary products and services to enhance customer value proposition.
  • Monitoring and analysing partnership performance and KPIs to give strategic direction for future partner opportunities and maximise partnership effectiveness and return on investment.

We're looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in partner relationship management, preferably within the tech industry and with a focus on independent software vendors and SaaS. You'll also need a good level of financial acumen, with the capability to translate complex solutions into clear language.
