About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales performance analysis and reporting tools to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Forecast and plan sales performance to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Manage sales technology to ensure seamless integration and effective use.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improvement.
  • Act as an internal sales advocate to ensure alignment and effective communication between sales and other departments.
  • Manage tender processes to ensure successful bid submissions.
  • Ensure sales compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in sales operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including PPT, Excel, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in sales and marketing scope.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to develop and sustain meaningful professional relationships.
  • Experience in change management.
