Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Hybrid Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for overseeing all payroll activities within the company, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and managing payroll queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all payroll activities, including processing, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including managing payroll queries and issues.
- Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Produce payroll reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of payroll professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues.
- Proficient in payroll software and systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
