Payroll Supervisor

At Portfolio Payroll Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management: Manage the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including payslips, statutory returns, and reports.
- Team Supervision: Supervise the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality payroll services.
- Payroll Systems: Ensure payroll systems are up-to-date and functioning properly, including payroll processing in line with HMRC requirements.
- Pensions Processing: Process pensions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Payroll Audits: Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and financial reporting.
- Payroll Knowledge: Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and experience in payroll systems and processes.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a similar role and supervision within a payroll function.
- Payroll Processing: Experience in payroll processing in line with HMRC requirements.
- Pensions Compliance: Experience in pensions processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
