Position Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Endava plays a pivotal role in managing the complete recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and hiring for a range of positions from entry-level to senior management within a designated business area. As a recognized expert in the field, this role involves mentoring junior team members, enhancing global recruitment strategies through market analysis and performance metrics, and spearheading initiatives to optimize recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for designated roles, from entry-level to senior management.
  • Focus on specific business sectors, particularly all Commercial roles across the EMEA region.

Expert Guidance:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Commercial recruitment.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Enhancement:

  • Uphold a compelling EVP presence across social media platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all interactions.

Strategic Development:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Introduce innovative approaches based on market insights, performance indicators, and hiring objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on global recruitment methodologies for specific business sectors.

Process Improvement:

  • Recommend enhancements to global recruitment processes, including partnerships with external recruitment agencies.

Project Management:

  • Initiate and lead projects aimed at streamlining global recruitment processes.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to junior recruitment team members.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

  • Create and distribute job postings.
  • Identify and source candidates that meet position specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, including sourced profiles and referrals.
  • Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess essential qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
  • Facilitate offer approvals, present verbal offers, and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Assist HR teams with necessary documentation for onboarding and employment contracts.

Sourcing Lifecycle Management:

  • Identify and source candidates in alignment with position requirements.
  • Build a pipeline of sourced candidates to enhance the overall applicant pool.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in internal talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years focused on sales recruitment.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for sales positions.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse sales roles through multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of sales functions and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet the needs of sales leaders.
  • Experience collaborating with senior sales stakeholders and advising on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and market trends.
