Role Overview

We are in search of a passionate Revenue Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends and generating revenue insights to help us achieve our growth objectives and positively impact one million learners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for data and education, understanding the significance of data-driven decisions in achieving commercial success.

This position offers a distinctive opportunity to engage with both our B2B and B2C sectors, each presenting numerous avenues for growth. You will analyze extensive datasets to uncover performance and behavioral trends, significantly influencing our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, oversee, and automate KPI reporting to enable teams and stakeholders to monitor performance and proactively address changes.
  • Utilize SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and various analytical tools to evaluate data from multiple sources and identify factors influencing commercial performance.
  • Enhance internal data with external market research to provide a comprehensive perspective on market opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other revenue teams to comprehend the processes that inform the data and identify potential analytical challenges.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders effectively, facilitating informed decision-making and driving revenue outcomes.
  • Prepare analytical materials to support regular business planning and forecasting, including pricing assessments and new product introductions.

Candidate Profile

  • Willingness to work from our London office at least 2 days per week.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a business, commercial, or revenue analyst role within a technology environment.
  • A strong passion for data, with the ability to handle various data formats and sizes, from writing SQL queries to building forecasting models in Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying data inaccuracies to ensure sound conclusions that drive positive outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex commercial inquiries into clear analytical tasks and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and revenue operations, linking market context with numerical insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at gathering analytical requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Experience in Edtech, SaaS, or marketplace environments is advantageous but not essential.

Interview Process

  1. A screening call with a member of the Talent team to discuss relevant experience and provide additional information about the role.
  2. First interview stage: A virtual competency and skills-based interview with the Head of Revenue Operations and a Data Analyst.
  3. Second interview: An in-person case study/task presentation with the Head of Revenue Operations and another member of the hiring team.
  4. Final interview: A virtual discussion focused on culture and values with a MyTutor employee outside of the hiring team, assessing how your values align with our organizational culture.
