The successful candidate will work in a vibrant and open office environment, requiring strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage all aspects of third-party claims from initiation to resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately calculate and process payments in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of claims, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
  • Uphold high standards of quality, service, and productivity.

Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in claims management.
