  • Chase clients for their entries and payments, ensuring timely submission and payment.
  • Support the Customer Services department in general, contributing to the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in customer services and sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Good spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Some flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
