About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Advisor to join our team at I4. As a Client Services Advisor, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing guidance and support in compiling and submitting their Awards entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their Awards entries are submitted on time and to the highest standard.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Chase clients for their entries and payments, ensuring timely receipt of payments and minimizing any potential delays.
- Support the Customer Services department in general, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the team's overall success.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in customer services and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Good spoken and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Some flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
