We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team at I4 as a Client Services Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, providing guidance and support in compiling and submitting their Awards entries, and introducing existing clients to additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Guide clients through the Awards entry process, providing clear and concise information and support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to existing clients.
- Chase clients for their entries and payments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Support the Customer Services department in general, contributing to the team's success and growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer services and sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Some flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
