Position Overview

We are seeking a VFX Coordinator to contribute to our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will be integral to the Productions team, collaborating daily with VFX Artists, Leads, and Supervisors to ensure efficient production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize daily reviews, rounds, and meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and keeping the production database current.
  • Monitor and track the task lists of each artist, overseeing their progress.
  • Facilitate clear communication among crew members, including Supervisors, artists, and other production staff.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to the Line Producer and Supervisor for swift resolution.
  • Manage the uploading and downloading of deliveries and turnovers to clients.
  • Foster a positive and professional production office environment, focusing on proactive and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Prepare progress reports for producers, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a VFX Coordinator in high-end film, television, or animation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a shared vision for success.
  • Fundamental understanding of live-action and CG-based visual effects workflows.
  • Familiarity with Shotgun software is preferred.
