Position Overview

We are seeking a VFX Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic Productions team in London. In this role, you will collaborate closely with VFX Artists, Leads, and Supervisors to facilitate seamless production workflows. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that artist schedules are met, liaising with external partners, and supporting the broader production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize daily reviews, rounds, and meetings, ensuring comprehensive notes are taken and the production database is current.
  • Monitor each artist's task list and track their progress effectively.
  • Facilitate clear communication among crew members, including Supervisors, artists, and other production staff.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to the Line Producer and Supervisor for swift resolution.
  • Manage the uploading and downloading of deliveries and turnovers to clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional production office environment by being proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Prepare progress reports for producers, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a VFX Coordinator in high-end film, television, or animation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative team player focused on achieving common objectives.
  • Basic understanding of live-action and CG visual effects workflows.
  • Familiarity with Shotgun software is preferred.
