Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Visual Effects Production Manager to become a vital part of our Film division. In this role, you will oversee the management of visual effects production for both film and episodic projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, artists, and production teams to guarantee the successful execution of high-quality visual effects.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing the complete VFX production workflow from initial concept to final delivery
  • Engaging with clients to understand their vision and requirements
  • Collaborating with artists and production teams to produce outstanding visual effects
  • Ensuring timely project completion within budget constraints
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends to optimize production methodologies
  • Communicating with clients regarding project specifics such as proposals, updates, and approvals
  • Overseeing project timelines and deliverables as per the established schedule
  • Coordinating team performance and productivity with team leaders
  • Providing regular updates on project progress to clients, management, and internal teams
Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a VFX Producer within the film sector
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in managing client relationships and team dynamics
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Experience in managing substantial budgets
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings
  • Collaborative team player with robust project management expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of VFX production workflows
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Established network of industry contacts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with VFX software such as Maya, Nuke, or Houdini
