Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled VFX Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with VFX Artists, Leads, and Supervisors to facilitate seamless production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily reviews, meetings, and rounds, ensuring comprehensive documentation and maintaining an updated production database.
  • Monitor and manage the task lists of VFX artists, tracking their progress effectively.
  • Facilitate clear communication among crew members, including Supervisors and artists, to ensure alignment.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to the Line Producer and Supervisor for swift resolution.
  • Handle the uploading and downloading of deliveries and turnovers to clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional production environment, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Prepare progress reports for producers, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a VFX Coordinator in high-end film, television, or animation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work towards shared objectives.
  • Fundamental understanding of live-action and CG visual effects workflows.
  • Familiarity with Shotgun software is preferred.
