Your responsibilities as a Property Sales Consultant / Sales Negotiator

The primary focus of this position is to generate and schedule property valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, finalize sales, and facilitate the process through to exchange and completion. You will also be maximizing opportunities to arrange appointments for the branch's Mortgage Advisor.

Required skills and experience for a successful Property Sales Consultant / Sales Negotiator

  • Ideally, a background in sales
  • Capable of generating new business in a target-oriented setting
  • Exceptional customer care / service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
