Job Opportunity: Sales Negotiator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Swetenhams, part of the Connells Group. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales with clients
  • Optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
