We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our retail team at Changing Lives Together. As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store meets sales targets by addressing obstacles and finding solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

**Accountabilities:**

  • Process and manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data management regulations
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge, aligning with the company's training policy
  • Perform other duties as required by management, in consultation with the post holder

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying shifts
  • Basic clerical skills, with the ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently
