We're seeking a skilled Customer Account Manager to join our Sales Team at TricorBraun, a global packaging leader. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers bring their products to market.

Your Role
As a Customer Account Manager, your primary goal will be to manage inside sales activities and provide expert support to our customers. You'll serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for any information required by the customer, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Your Key Responsibilities
Assist the external sales team in responding to general inquiries and driving new project developments forward.
Oversee and direct weekly follow-up on all active projects and queries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Utilize your organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Proficiency in using ERP packages, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, to manage customer data and sales activities.
Excellent Microsoft Suite product knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create professional reports and presentations.
