We are currently seeking a diligent Financial Transactions Clerk to join our finance team in Winsford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable inbox, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Main Tasks:
- Manage the accounts payable inbox, sorting invoices and statements.
- Process high volumes of invoices on the in-house system and match them to the relevant purchase order.
- Liaise with suppliers to check any changes in bank details and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Run supplier payment schedules and maintain accurate financial records.
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
