We are seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our retail team at Changing Lives Together. As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store meets sales targets by addressing obstacles and finding solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

**Accountabilities:**

  • Process and manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and development of the team
  • Perform other duties as required by management, in support of the company's objectives and goals

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
