We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Driving Field Representative for Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, conducting surveys, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize a laptop and smartphone to receive, view, and input information.
- Manage daily schedules and prioritize tasks to meet productivity goals.
- Maintain a valid UK driving license and own a reliable vehicle.
- Complete a DBS check and obtain business car insurance.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant respondents.
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using laptop and smartphone technology.
- Organized with well-developed planning skills.
