As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for marketing properties and liaising with local branch networks on Select listings and sales, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Market properties to potential clients and negotiate sales
- Liaise with local branch networks to ensure seamless sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Industry-leading training and development opportunities
- Demonstrable career progression and advancement opportunities
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
- Car or car allowance
- Preferably an experienced Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator looking to progress their career
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving license holder
