SF Recruitment is seeking a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to assist a client in the educational sector. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to become part of our dedicated HR team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a human resources setting, demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor, and exhibit strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain precise records of professional development for employees.
2. Process applications for continuing professional development (CPD) activities, managing bookings for both individuals and groups.
3. Research and identify CPD opportunities tailored to the needs of the institution and its staff.
4. Oversee the evaluation and implementation of CPD initiatives, ensuring assessments are conducted in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate financial compliance and collaborate with external training providers, supporting the administrative functions of CPD events and HR operations.
