Your Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Human Resources Partner will oversee a workforce of over 1000 employees located in the Southern region of England.
  • Prior experience in a senior HR role within a growing, multi-location hospitality enterprise is essential.
  • You will spearhead employee relations and engagement initiatives for the upcoming year.
  • Experience with significant new openings will be a key aspect of your role.
  • You will take pleasure in mentoring emerging HR professionals.
  • Your role will involve designing and delivering training programs at various levels.
